A muse Bouche Catch Up!

Made it to Camp for a week of relaxation and fun on Sunday, so I got a little behind on my A muse Bouches! Hopefully you've enjoyed all the others creative ideas!
You will be able to make this at Buffalo Stamps and Stuff on September 26th call early to sign up!
All A muse Stamps tiny cat, crooked house, witches riding and tiny witch. I also used the MS crooked fence punch and left the fence open. Open if you Dare!

Just a quick one about camp, more to come later this week. The camp below is the camp we call Center Camp and we have all types of outings and festivities there and the 85 members of the hunting club keep this old loggers camp ship shape! This is not the typical camp around here. This is the Taj-Mahal.
This is a distant photo of our newly built camp we are just seeding the grass and having fun pulling bed springs behind the ranger to smooth out the fill.

Feeling Ghouly!

Rainy wet day and playing in my stamps has me inspired to contribute to the Amuse #7 Challenge, Ink it up. over on the amuse lounge. You can join in, there's still time.
So I've had this Missy's Halloween Set for about a year, but I ordered it after Halloween last year so I've held off on using it. Well it's dirty now. Martha's crooked fence just seemed to add the dimension I was looking for too.

A muse Missy's Halloween Set
A Muse Gingham red, kitchen black
Tiny Cat stamp
Love Monster
Spica Glitter pens
Black A muse Dye pad
Copic R29, C3, R20
Martha Steward Fence punch
There is a little story that goes along with this. I was not a simple halloween costume kid, I always needed a little twist. Like I couldn't just go trick or treating as a Cheerleader, I had to go as a guy dressed as a cheerleader. Adding Love Monster to this set just "DID" it for me. Cracked me up and brought me back to the days of dressing up for Halloween, and by the way I still love it! Thanks for looking!

AND, while digging around I found some old paper shaper punches and my old punch art stuff, well this is just a quickie. Last night there were bats out here. I hate bats.
A muse gingham paper, orange, & brown,
ek round 1 1/4 inch circle
paper shapers bat, tree, circle and clover,
the moon is the circle punched out of the midnight note and then punched the bat and colored the white side yellow Y38 copic.
YR07 to detail the pumpkin, 3 circles.
Colored the brown gingham with E33.

Home Again, Back to School and Great Classes!

Last week was my little trek to The Great American Stamp Store and The Creative Corner Both stores had very successful classes and can I just say fabulous customers!

I guess that kind of goes without saying being that I was teaching at stamp stores. I have been requested to come back so those of you that missed this round don't hesitate next time.

School is just around the bend and so is our final summer vacation, vacation. We are heading to camp for about 10 days so I need to get "back to school" all in order before we leave. This is the first of many items on the list. Teacher gifts, just to say, you are important to our lives.

a little box of notes for the teacher to send home with special requests, and to those of you that know my family, most of the notes will come home to me with reminders for volunteering.

FINALLY! Caught up! (almost)

It seems that the TO DO: list just about gets complete and then, magically it gets longer again.
THE KITCHEN IS DONE (almost). Just have to adjust the cabinets, and need a lesson on how to do that before I attempt it. Here's how it looks! New cabinets, paint, counters, floor, lighting, & furniture (well they are new to me anyway) a lot of it I refurbed.

These are the green and pink chairs from this post
Now that the house is back in order, I finally had time to play with the BACK TO SCHOOL line from A muse. Sorry I missed all the amuse bouches. Here's one that I think is how I felt to get back to school, a brand new pink backpack, and thoughts of my favorite football player.

Crazy Busy Summer

Yes! I'm still working on the Kitchen! Yes! It's almost done! I attended CHA in Orlando FL, last week and had a great time with Stampin & Scrappin Time owner Annabelle Wratten. We picked up quite a few new things, so be sure to check them out in the coming weeks.

In August I have quite a few classes planned. At Sweetheart stamps on the 13th you can make some summer birthday cards like this one.

August 15th at Stampin & Scrappin Time you can learn about Copic Marker Techniques from 11:00 - 12:00 and then Stay and take Summer Vacation Cards 12:00 - 2:00, this includes birthday and summer fun! ( this photo was taken on my new countertop whoo hoo!)
August 21st I'll be in CT! The Great American Stamp Store has invited me to teach and I'm so excited to visit their store and meet some new A muse Addicts!

August 22, The Creative Corner in Wurtsboro NY, you can make some fall or holiday cards like this.
