Making some Valentine Candy Boxes

from tin boxes at Michaels, in the 75% off bin from Christmas. This one is decorated for the bus driver. I used the hershey nuggets with the address label covers and then cut hearts from the Cricket. The Plaid top is what it used to look like, covered with Sassafrass Lass paper, and felt heart ribbon from Queen and Co. But that A Muse school bus, just finished it perfectly!

OMG how did it get to be Friday?

Busy week I guess, here's some stamping I did, and I used Gamsol and colored pencils, something the girls were talking about on the amuse lounge.

well I also helped out with 2 science fair projects and an ancient china project, One on Oneida Lake fish and one on Black Bear population.

A snow day on Wednesday and some boys from the hood got stuck, I could have pulled them out with the ranger but, Lesson was learned I think.

Challenges! And Getting through my list!

Glenda has a Scene challenge this week, Heather has cut it out challenge and on the lounge the gals have been talking about no sentiments on your card , YUP! I did a three-fer, the stamp shop is popped up cuz that's my first stop! What sentiment would you add to this card?

I finished my February ATC trade for my MO gals, this one was a desert or southwest themed card, I like the idea of The Early Bird gets the Worm with this one!

In the Valentine Swing!

Cleaning off my desk and these just jumped onto paper this morning! First the ice cream, I having used this "brown" paper so i grabbed a sheet and it looks like black cherry really not brown, and the ink for "cherry on top" is memento rhubarb, matches perfectly!



I hadn't put away the convict yet so he wanted to spread some love too! I've had this valentine ribbon on my desk since December, needed to use that too! Inside I wrote "Please Get Me in the Sack" Naughty Me! sometimes ya just gotta say what ya wanna!

This ones for my SIL

I know my SIL Korie will love these as much as I did, Cole Haan for 19.00, AMAZING~!

Punch Cards inspired by Missy B

http://www.missyballance.typepad.com/is where I found inspiration for the following cards, so much fun, I'm addicted, and all the A muse small sentiments are PERFECT!

So many hair styles can be created, I used the Mii portion of the Wii for inspiration!

Mainly Men Set

This is an oldie but a goodie and I just love the hard hat since DH works in that field. Eight, count em 8 sentiments in this set, as well as SON and DAD, so if you have a male on your card list this is a great set to own!

First, A great Co-Worker card! This has a little fold up pocket on the inside to hold a Dunkin' or Starbucks card!

A great card for thanks for home renovations or this one is to DH for all his hard work! I wrote his company name on the hard had with a fine line copic.

And a simple DAD card for lots of occasions, inside it says "You're the Best"!

The patterned paper on all the cards is A muse vintage black, and all coloring was done with Copic Markers. There are a few spots left for the Copic Marker Club, go to Stampin & Scrappin Time Blog to see the details of the Club. If you love your craft this is the best investment in Stamping you can make this year!

mini book

I finished it! I didn't want this to be one more thing I didn't finish so I let it lie on the table for a day and then got to work last night wrapping it up, that's a new resolution for me, NO INCOMPLETES!

The glitter around the edges just makes it look so ICY!, I copied this idea from my DF cari. She created a book for prima with this idea and i just loved it, the mini book is a PRIMA product and was so fun to play with. The A muse Stamps fit perfectly in the book. BTW all the products used are in the shop right NOW! As well as before shots!

These new A muse images, can't stop stamping with them, they are mixing in with all the oldies easily, and even with the Saltbox stamps, here's today's inspiration.
