Thanksgiving Already?

class card for Thursday...still openings, might have a slight variation for class!

How did I miss two weeks on this blog! Snowing at camp, hunting, hiking, crafting, reading...

Happy belated Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful meal at our camp and enjoyed a successful hunt for my nephew this morning, celebration of a 4 point buck.

I'll be posting again soon, forgot my camera cord to share images with you, duh, that should have been a very important item in the bag, but......seems I'm always forgetting something these days!

More Photo Cards

This beautiful picture is of my Good Friend Cari's - kids! They crack me up everytime I see them, they certainly have their mom's sense of humor!
The thing I love most about cards like these are the simplicity, they go together so quickly and end up becoming a great gift! The wallet size photo pulls out for easy refridgerator art. Usually the recepient is so excited to get a picture they have never seen before!

Check the A muse Blog for Photo Card Inspiration

I hope you all have a chance to go to the a muse blog this week for some inspiring photo cards, here's one that I submitted. I was thinking that it might be fun to send animals pictures instead of kids, cuz as you guessed it sometimes they are more fun! And for those of you that take care of animals for friends, or have a picture in your photo bank of their animal, wouldn't it be fun to send them a photo, it would be like receiving a gift in the mail. :)

A Muse Blog this week

Guest Designer , Karen Watson, this week so be sure to check it out! Lots of give aways too.
Also if you missed it on Sunday, I gave a great tip on how to use your little snips of ribbon. Here's a close up of the cards and the ribbon placement.

Little glue dots hold this in place.

A tight knot for a bookmark

3 snippets all tied up.
Thursday I had a fabulous class Sweethearts Stamps and Stitiches in Rome. We used the Elegant winter set, it is so fabulous, verstile and you can quickly make tons of cards for the holidays, here's one we made that I think you can change the size on, mix and match all your scraps and make bag tags with this idea.

Teaching at Paperdolls of Saratoga tomorrow, I can't wait, they are just starting out with A muse stamps and have a fabulous store, if you haven't visited before, make it a "to do" this fall. Here's a card we are making in one of the classes, just makes me think about all there is to do to prepare for the Holidays and my favorite is fetching the tree!:)

And last but not least I had a fabulous time in Seattle with all the A muse instructors, but there was a time that I really needed to be off the clock, brain in overload and feeling a little like I needed to walk 100 mph to get my heart rate down, and once I did, I really needed a margarita, this is also a face that you might see in classes that says, Amazing Card!

Last year, This year
Still excited and Love A muse!
